• Develop a Business Profile
• The SBCC will add you to 20 sites that help optimize your business
• Learn how to maintain your sites
• Cost:  Only $10/site (We will assess which sites you need & present a proposal)
• Maintain My Site for additional $25/update.  (monthly, bi-weekly and weekly available)

Business Plan

• Work with the coach to develop your business plan to present to a lender for funding.  Via telephone and email.
• $250/one time fee

New Business Start-Up Coaching

• Initial On-site review to recommend systems, organization and strategy
• Assist in development or enhancement of a Business Plan, Mission and Vision, and Marketing Calendar
• 6 meetings of 1 hour to plan strategy, time line, and review Best Business Practices
• Phone and email accessibility for questions and consultations between meetings
• Six 1 hour session at $100/meeting.  In person or teleconference

Critiques & Single Sessions
If you have an area that you would like feedback on, such as your customer service, secret shoppers analysis, marketing strategy, developing a specific ad, etc., I am available for a one time, 1 hour session.
